Who We Are
Chandra Wellness Center is a non-invasive medical spa and wellness center in Ocala, Florida, founded in April 2022 by Dr. Tina Chandra, DDS. What makes the practice unusual is where it sits: an aesthetic wellness center built inside a private cosmetic and neuromuscular dental practice, which means the muscle and jaw expertise behind treatments like TMJ treatment and Emface is genuine clinical training rather than a weekend certification.
Dr. Chandra is a national guest speaker for BTL on health, wellness and aesthetics, and she performs every treatment personally. Medical oversight for the wellness program comes from Dr. Ravi Chandra, MD, a quadruple board certified physician with more than 30 years of experience. Our full range of med spa services covers body, face and mind, and everything we offer is non-invasive.

What Drives Us
Patient-Centered Care
Our mission is to give clients alternative treatment options for face, body and mind that exceed their expectations in a spa-like atmosphere. In practice that means two commitments. The first is personalized planning: every patient is assessed by hand before anything is recommended, with skin laxity graded, scar type mapped, jaw range tested and implants screened, because the same complaint has different causes in different people.
The second is honesty about outcomes. Non-invasive treatment has a real ceiling, and pretending otherwise wastes patients' money and trust. If your concern needs a different kind of care, if your symptoms need a physician before a device, or if the treatment you came in asking about is not the right one, we say so. Dr. Chandra would rather decline a series than sell one that cannot deliver. As a member of the professional dental community, Dr. Chandra maintains ongoing education through organizations including the American Dental Association.
