Thirty years of vascular surgery teaches a particular kind of discipline: you screen carefully, you tell patients the truth about what a procedure will and will not achieve, and you do not operate when a less invasive route will serve the patient better. Dr. Chandra brought that standard directly into the wellness program.
His involvement here began with a practical observation. A large number of his vascular patients were quietly managing incontinence, and the options in front of them were medication, pelvic floor exercises they were often performing incorrectly, or a procedure. A non-invasive, fully clothed treatment filled a real gap. His role now is medical oversight: reviewing candidacy, supporting the clinical side of the wellness program, and making sure patients whose symptoms need medical evaluation get referred rather than treated around.
